The microglass gives the coating excellent corrosion resistance, chemical resistance (acids, bases, solvents, saline solutions, etc.), temperature resistance and very good mechanical properties. The addition of glass flakes creates the so-called reinforcement (reinforcement) of the coating, increasing the flexibility, hardness and abrasion resistance.
