Description:

Varnish AC -82 is a solution of a synthetic resin in a mixture of organic solvents. Solution of polyvinyl butyral and a resol phenol-formaldehyde resin in an alcohol.

Application:

For weatherproofing coating surfaces of aluminum and its alloys, subject to short term exposure to temperatures up to 180 ° C.

Features:

1. Appearance of the lacquer - a homogeneous, transparent liquid with a yellow to blue color

How to use:

It is important to homogenize well before application. It is applied by spraying in 2-3 layers.

Consumption and drying

The average usage of lacquer AC-82 is 80-100 g / m² for 1 layer. The varnish dries at 23 ° C for 2 hours. Drying between the individual layers is 30 minutes.

Storage conditions: In original sealed package in closed, cool, well ventilated warehouses, away from sources of heat and ignition, protected from direct sunlight, at a temperature from 0 ° C to 25 ° C

Varnish AC-82 is packaged in 200 kg drums or other suitable containers in agreement with the client.
