Sinterol PGA

SINTEROL PGA is a wrinkle preventing agent and lubricant, applicable with cellulose fibres and their blends in dyeing baths.

Composition: Mixture of polymers, non-ionic surfactants and specific additives.

APPLICATION

SINTEROL PGA develops optimum processing conditions for the prevention of fibre brittlemen and crease formation, by imparting improved flexibility to fibres.

SINTEROL PGA is used as crease inhibitor in the pre-treatment and dyeing of textile and knitwear in the following concentrations:

• 100 % cotton - 1-2 % of the material’s weight;
• blends cotton/polyester and 100 % polyester - 2-4 % of the material’s weight.

SINTEROL PGA is diluted with warm water (40-50o C) before using.

The above given working dosages are subject to further approval depending on the type of fibre and technological processing.
