Daupol OP
Daupol OP is a 2K general purpose epoxy seamless flooring system usually applied at 2-3 mm thickness.
This self-leveling epoxy coating Daupol OP forms a glossy seamless surface that has exceptional mechanical resistance to wear and tear and good chemical resistance.
The product can be produced in a range of of colours from the RAL catalog.
Our standard colours are the following: gray RAL 7035, gray RAL 7038, dark gray RAL 7040, white RAL 9003, beige RAL 1013, green RAL 6019, turquoise RAL6034
Other colors according to RAL or sample are possible after consultation with us and a prior request. The price for a non-standard color is increased by between 5% -15% depending on the color and the minimum quantity for an order for a non-standard color is 25 kg.
Packaging: sets with weight (A + B) of 5kg, 10kg, 25kg.

The substrate must be a flat surface (preferably concrete) and it must be primed with one or two coats of epoxy primer. We recommend to our clients applying two coats of primer because thus the chance of bubbles appearing is greatly minimised.
The consumption of Daupol OP is approx. 1,5-1,7 kg/m2 for 1 mm of thickness. Actual consumption may be higher depending on the unevenness of the surface.
Under the influence of direct sunlight, discoloration or color difference of DAUPOL epoxy coatings or epoxy enamels can occur, which does not affect the functionality and properties of the coatings. To avoid a change in the color of the epoxy coating, we recommend applying PU clearcoat (matt or semi-gloss) on it. Polyurethane cleat coat also has better wear-resistant properties than epoxy as well as better elasticity.
